How to Live a Happy, Healthy and Satisfied Life
Modern life, as you know it, has become as fast-paced as the fast-food services that the majority of the population are into. - Log out and live. Of course, there’s nothing wrong with Facebook, Twitter or whatnot. However, too much of anything can be unhealthy and draining. Thus, you must try to set limits on your computer time so you can get back to actually sitting and talking with your real-life friends. You can collect as many online friends as you can, but you should never neglect your personal relationships.
- Exercise. This is a very basic part of living. Lack of it is probably one of the reasons for your lackluster zest for life and gloomy mood. Did you know that exercise helps release “happy” hormones that relieve stress and improve mood? Try an early morning jog or an evening stroll at the park and you’ll experience positive changes in no time.
- Watch your diet. Eat more whole and nutritious food, such as fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, etc.; and steer clear of highly processed and packaged food, instant food, fast food, junk food and other unhealthy food choices.
